PROJECT TITLE: Team BATA

PROJECT TARGET: To increase the enrollment of Kindergarten and Grade I in

Lucena East VI Elementary School.

RATIONALE:

The issuance repeals DepEd Order No. 6, s. 2017 entitled Multi-Year Implementing
Guidelines on Early Registration.  All existing Orders, Memoranda, and other related
issuances inconsistent with this policy are hereby repealed, rescinded, or modified
accordingly. he month-long activity is initiated to ensure that incoming learners are
registered for the School Year and help the Department better prepare for possible issues and
concerns that may arise, as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2018, or the Basic Education
Enrollment policy.

All incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1in Lucena East VI Elementary Schools shall
pre-register to allow the school to make necessary preparations and incoming plans for the
coming school year.

Early registration is mandatory for public schools mandated to strictly implement the
Kindergarten cut-off age under DO No. 20, s. 2018. Lucena East VI Elementary School
propose a project title: Team Bata to encourage more parent`s and learner`s to enroll inour
school.

OBJECTIVES
General:
The general objective of this project is to increase the enrollment of
Kindergaten and Grade 1 of LUCENA EAST VI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
