Greetings in the name of public service and good governance.

I am Ryan M. Tumanan, a Senior High School Teacher III of President Elpidio Quirino National High
School, with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education. I’ve started teaching here since June
05, 2017. I am a resident of San Nicolas Central, Agoo, La Union.

In the interest of my service, may I respectfully request your good office for a transfer of assignment
from President Elpidio Quirino National High School to Agoo West Central School due to the
following valid reasons:
1. Closer to our home
2. To perform and practice my Bachelor’s degree
3. My transfer would rebound to the benefit of both my family and my students since I will save
time and money.

I am really happy with my work and experiences gaining as a part of my Alma Mater President
Elpidio Quirino National High School teaching staff. With the amount of time with them, I can say
that I have gained a lot of learnings which helped me in my personal and professional growth.
However, as much as I wanted to be with them longer, I think that I’ll be much fulfilled if I can serve
a school closer to my residence and to perform my bachelor’s degree as elementary teacher.
