SUBJECT: DISTRICT ORIENTATION OF SECONDARY TEACHER-

APPLICANTS with the DISTRICT MERIT SELECTION SUB-
COMMITTEES of SAN JOSE EAST AND SAN JOSE WEST
DISTRICTS

DATE: May 22, 2023

Relative to the excerpts of Division Memorandum No. 000162, s. 2023, titled

“Division Merit Selection Plan Sub-Committees Meeting”, San Jose East District and San Jose
West District will conduct an orientation of Secondary Teacher-Applicants in Demonstration
Teaching on May 23, 2023 at exactly 1:30 P.M. to be held in the 3rd floor Function Hall,
Administration Building of Pedro T. Mendiola Sr. Memorial National High School
(PTMSMNHS), San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

This activity aims to help the Division Merit Selection Committee in the following: a)
to orient the Teacher-applicants to be familiarized with the rubrics and forms to be used; b) to
inform the exact date and assigned learning area in their demonstration teaching; c) get
acquainted with the composition of District Sub-committee; and, d) to learn some inputs in
lesson preparation and execution.

All members of sub-committees, administrative officers and secondary teacher-

applicants are advised to attend the said activity.

Attached is the updated list of the District Sub-Committees of San Jose East and San
Jose West Districts.
