Aside from your regular functions as English Department Head, you are hereby designated as Officer
of the Month effective February 2 -28, 2021.

Your tasks are the following:

1.Assist the School Head in the day to day operation of the school.

2.Monitor the distribution and retrieval of SLM.

3.Disseminate information, DepEd issuances to teaching and non-teaching personnel.

4.Assist the school head in the preparations for the implementation of limited face to face classes.

5.Join the school head in her monthly Principal Convergence Hour with teachers and non-teaching
personnel.

6.Oversee the flow of Procurement, Disbursement and Preparation of Financial Reports.

It is informed that this designation does not entitle you to additional compensation and
remuneration.

All concern department shall be forwarded copy of this Memorandum for their information and
support.
