    The meeting started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. Most of the parents were present,
    and the following were discussed properly.

     AVC payment

     Jogging pants

     Follow-up on Students’ failing grades (Attendance, WW. PT)

     Grand Ball (Payment, Rules & Regulations, etc.)

     Card Day ( Awarding of with Honors, Distribution of Cards )

    The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 pm.
