content akan mendapatkan tambahan score) dengan catatan tidak melebihi durasi
penampilan yg sudah ditentukan.
Durasi : 1-5menit.
Diambil 3 pemenang dengan nilai tertinggi di masing-masing grade 7 & 8 juara 1 2 dan 3.
Total keseluruhan meliputi 6 Juara.

First of all, lets thank to Allah SWT, who has given as many mercies and
blessings, so we can attend here with good condition and happy situation.
Secondly, may sholawat and salam always delivered to our prophet Muhammad
SAW, who had brought us from the darkness to the brightness.
My name is ……………. from Bumi Sholawat junior high school. Here, I want
to tell you about “HOW TO BUILD STUDENTS MANNER AT SCHOOL”
Hello friends……………
School is not just about learning concepts; it is also a place where a foundation can be
built for becoming upstanding adults. Every school should set a tone of respect, honesty and
genuine kindness for all students. Whether they like it or not, teachers are role models for
students and can provide examples of good character every day in the classroom. Students
notice what teachers do, say, tolerate, and how they handle challenges. School is the place
where we learn about how to socialize as social creatures. Many things we learn from the
school environment one of them of course build our good manners.
The first thing to make the students having good manner is; the teachers should
incorporate moral values in learning process. Lead the students understanding well about
something that good and bad for them. They have to think twice to do bad things. What the
student’s spouse to do or understand each other's role is the key for creating good behavior.
The teacher also be sure to be a good example to the students as well. By those all things
surely the students will be easily imitating those good manners.
The second thing is student’s actions, so between students and teachers play an
important role in character building. Create good things around your school environment.
Complete your own work on time, be neat and punctual, and always show respect for others.
It is not easy to be students who have manners without any actions. We must get used to do it.
The point is trying to make all good things become our habit, because having good manner
must be learned and be practiced. So are you dare to be a good student who has good attitude?

My name is ……………. from Bumi Sholawat junior high school. Here, I want to tell
you about “BUILDING OUR MENTAL HEALTH TO STAY SAFE IN THIS NEW NORMAL PART 2”

My fellow whom I loved it’s almost two years, we are still in the same chapter trying to be friend with
COVID-19. As one of the biggest and longest incidents that already happened. This pandemic makes
people all freak out, moreover the government makes more rules unconsciously take the people
stress to face this situation. It also has an impact on the student like us. Corona has been changing
our daily life.

We as students are the most disadvantaged party, we can’t study like normal and we have to do it
online again and again like we did recently. Besides some positive things can we get from online
learning, I’m sure we are in sorrow to understand well about all materials that explained, because we
didn’t meet the teacher face to face, we can also easily get distracted by many things.

Well everybody, stop complaining! Let’s start again this new normal part 2. If we thought that daring
was not enough for us let’s find another way to fulfill our activities now. Many students feel a sense
of needing to relieve stress, but with all of the activities and responsibilities that fill a student’s
schedule, it’s sometimes difficult to find the time to try new stress relievers to help dissipate that
stress. These options are relatively easy, quick, and relevant to the students.

First, get enough sleep.


Don't neglect your sleep schedule. Aim to get at least 8 hours a night and take power naps when you
need them. Lose your sleeping time will make you less productive, you may find it more difficult to
learn, and you may even be a hazard behind the wheel. So, recharge your energy to do activities.

Second, as the best way that I love, listening music.


Listening music can help calm you down and put you in a better frame of mind. If you're feeling
stressed, putting on some calming music while you learn could really help.

The last but not least, is Laughing.


They say that laughter is the best medicine, and it's really true. Laughing out loud increases oxygen
and blood flow which automatically reduces stress. Not taking life too seriously can help everyone
live a better and easier life. Make time for yourself, log out of Twitter and take breaks. It's about time
that we students accept that we can achieve just as much in life without all the stress.

Student like us really needs to do activities like those. So now learning both offline or online is not a
big deal anymore. Not depend on daring we can also study by ourselves, so we are going to more
understand about the lesson that the teacher told us. When we are tired of studying, just do those all
things and start to study again.

The government gave us the roles to protect us from the dangerous of corona virus. Why don’t we
try to help them too by protecting ourselves? Hopefully you can enjoy those tips and stay healthy,
throw all negative thought and stay alive.
