INTRODUCTION

San Miguel Elementary School is continuously innovating means to discover, strengthen


and develop learners’ talent, skills and creativity in EPP/TLE for subject for Grades 4-6.
Teaching and mounting them the basic skills like sewing, cooking, gardening and so many
others are a vital foundation that they will maximize as time goes by. With the supervision of
our former School Head Mrs. Arnolina M. Faa and the new School Head of SMgES Mrs.
Elsa Aurea L. Ambrocio, all EPP/TLE programs, projects and activities were successfully
accomplished.

A. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT

Established School EPP/TLE Organization.

Conducted an orientation for pupils on the first day of classes and for
parents/guardians during the first PTA Classroom Teacher-Parents Conference about
the subject, percentage of computing quarterly grades and expected needs and
materials for the subject.
Administered summative assessments, quarter examination and performance tasks
and project-based individual and group work.

Submitted the analyzed and interpreted test results with its most and least learned
competencies.

Qualified Grade-6 learners took an entrance examination in Secondary Schools for


Information and Communication Technology Class.

B. TEACHER DEVELOPMENT

EPP/TLE Teachers of Grades 4-6 participated in


 In-Service Training for Teachers
 LAC Sessions
 Regular Faculty Meetings
 District Meeting of School EPP/TLE Coordinators

Gillyn R. Antonio, attended the Division Specialized Training Workshop in


Information and Communications Technology Season 6 last June 28-30, 2022 via MS
Teams.

Gillyn R. Antonio, ICT Coordinator serve as resource speaker and initiated the topic
for Learning Action Cell (LAC) held last September 22, 2023.

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Mrs. Elsa Aurea L. Ambrocio, Head Teacher III attended an Agricultural Training
held at Central Luzon State University last October 24, 2023.

Submitted Daily Lesson Log and Accomplishment Report.

Prepared formative, and summative tests and rubrics for learners’ assessment.

Attended Seminars and Trainings for different strategies on K-12 Basic Education.

Developed additional instructional materials.

Classes conducted with ICT integration.

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES

Construction of Plant box beside ICT room, beside Grade Six classroom and in front of
Kindergarten, Grade I and Grade II classrooms.

Gardens were improved for beautification and support to million blooms.

Gulayan sa Paaralan were established.

Cleanliness and orderliness of Gardens.


E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES

Conducted parent orientation.

Received donations from the community and stakeholders.
