I. INTRODUCTION

Teaching has always been the noblest profession for we, teachers mold the
minds of the youth and shape their future. We do our best to support, encourage and
inspire them to succeed. The immeasurable efforts of teachers can’t be paid by any
amount of money. Amidst the current situation where we in right now, we stand tall and
do our job so that education in our country won’t stop and the right of every child to
education continues.

Being a new member of the teaching workforce has given me difficulties yet
enjoyable and life changing journey. My life is always at stake every time I go to school
because I have to ride a boat so I can reach the place. I was never afraid of the waters
but my greatest fear would be my inability to swim. I even have to walk a kilometer or
two in muddy and rough roads before I reach the school. Despite all of these hardships,
my determination to fulfill my duty and serve the people of Matalao, Sto. Ni ñ o
dominates. Embracing these difficulties and hardships even inspired me more to
perform better and as a result of this toil, great accomplishments were evident.

II. ACCOMPLISHMENTS

A. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
Conducted Oral Reading Assessment (January-March)
Improve level of proficiency through various performance tasks
(January-March)
Encouraged/Motivated learners to engage in and out of school
activities or programs (January-March)
Showcased talents by means of performing every Friday (January-
March)
Enhancement on the proper usage of online and printed distance
learning modalities

B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Joined in the District Camporal (GSP Coordinator)
Strengthened leadership through Girl Scouting
Observed and evaluated during demonstration teaching
Enrolled in Master of Arts in Education at the Cagayan State
University

Grade 6 and Moving Up of Kindergarten

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES
Improved classroom set-up by putting a reading corner, health and
wellness corner and posting updated bulletin and wall displays
(January-March)
Opened the permanently closed rear window of the classroom by
installing metal frame for sunlight to come in (January-March)
Supervised learners while cleaning their assigned tasks (January-
March)
Emphasized the maintenance of orderliness and cleanliness of the
school premises
Conducted the annual Brigada Eskwela
Conducted a disinfection on the school premises to avoid the
spread of virus
Set up booth for the distribution and retrieval of modules adhering
to the standards set by IATF

E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES
Accommodates parents who came to monitor their child’s
performance during PTA meetings (January-March)
Involved the Barangay Officials and parents on the dissemination
of the BEC-LCP of DepEd via virtual connection
