ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON SCHOOL MONITORING, EVALUATION


AND PLAN ADJUSTMENT (SMEPA)

I. INTRODUCTION

The School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment System is a mechanism that


provides information and insights on several aspects of the school system. Its main
objective is to provide the school head with the necessary information and insights on the
status, progress, and results of the delivery of basic education in schools concerning
access, quality, and governance. This is designed to help school heads manage the
schools effectively and efficiently and for the teachers to adhere to the standards of
teaching-learning process.

II. PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS ACCOMPLISHED (1st & 2nd Quarter)

 Dissemination campaign/information through hanging of campaign materials.

 Regular conference with parents (groupchat, text messages, face to face)
 Full Implementation on the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFB)
 Strict Implementation of the Remedial Teaching
 Reproduction of Learning Materials, LAS
 Administration of Project AN
 Review, analyze and update school data for more precise reports and sending the
requested form 137 (SF-10) of transferred out learners thru LBC/email.

 Conducted Instructional Supervision (COT)
 Giving recognition and awards to save pupils from dropping out (on-line)
 Giving recognition on the heroic deed and outstanding teachers.
