 The meeting was presided by sir Maynard C. Deleon, the School Principal.
 Ma’am Analiza Agustin presented the BOD and presidedthe SPTA ( BOD
Officers and Executive Officers) Election

 Coordinatorships were discussed by the teachers:
1. Brigada Plus: Ma’am Marvie C. Agustin
Work schedules: every 1st Monday of the month.
1st set schedule: Sept. 11, 2023
Sir Maynard also assigned the group per Key Stage Area for the
improvement of the Reading KIOSK & Beautification of the
Educational Park.
Key stage 1: Uk to Gr.3 (Saguday Park)
Key Stage 2: Gr.4 to Gr.6(Sadiri Park)
Key Stage 3: Gr.7 (Ayuyang Park)
 Inauguration Program: Sir Maynard C. Deleon
-Voluntary donations from the parents,teachers and brgy officials.
 Reading Program and project SULI: Ma’am Minerva S. Pagulayan
- There must also be a follow-up of parents at home through 30 minutes
before Bedtime reading of the learners every night to develop the good
reading habit and a quality time of parent-children.
- There must be a specific study corner/SULI in their home for the
children to have a conducive learning nook where they can study and
read comfortably.
- There will be a house survey of teachers/house visit for the SULI
Monitoring.
- There will be search for BEST SULI per zone .
- There will prices for the winners such as table and chair.
