Greetings!

In reference to the Presidential Proclamation No. 242, s.2011 wherein the celebration of the National Teachers
Month starts from September 5 to October 5 and Republic Act No. 10743, declaring 5th day of October every year
as National Teachers Day and World Teachers Day the school will hold a school based National Teachers’ Month
Culminating Activity with a title, SALAMAT MANUNUDLO: A tribute of SSG/SPG to Teachers. This years theme
will be "Gurong Pilipino, Dangal Ng Sambayanang Pilipino". For the past year, the LGU has been always
supporting our programs and projects here in Colonia Divina.

In this regard, the CDIS Supreme Student/Pupil Government with the Parent-Teacher Association of the school
would like to ask from your office if you can sponsor the prizes for our different contest or provide any
treats/gifts for our teachers. For your reference here are the contest that we will have:
1. Photo Liking Contest – 1 winner (Whole Section)
2. TEACH-Tok: A TikTok contest with Teacher – 3 winners
