ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

NAME OF ACTIVITY: BUWAN NG WIKA, 2022

DATE: September 19, 2022

PARTICIPANTS: Students, Teachers, Supreme Student Government.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To celebrate the Buwan ng Wika.

2. To show the importance of Filipino the culture by wearing the national costume of the
Philippines.
3. To have an awarding of certificates for the winner of the various activities/contests.

Highlights:

 The SSG Committee had a meeting to prepare for the Buwan ng Wika ’22.
 Students had activities and contests for this event. Some of these contests are the Spelling
Contest, Pagsulat ng Sanaysay, Pagbigkas ng Tula, and Poster Making Contest.
 For Pagbigkas ng Tula, this contest was done through video presentation of the
participants. It was posted on the school’s Facebook page on August 30, 2022.
 The winners of the Spelling Contest and Pagbigkas ng Tula were announced on the
school’s Facebook page on September 18, 2022. The award ceremony for the winners of
this contest was held at the school on September 19, 2022.
 On September 19, 2022 there was a program and every student, teachers and SSG officers
were advised to wear the Pambansang Kasuotan for this event.
 The newly elected SSG officers were also introduced and gave a short message of
thanksgiving for those who believed and voted for them.
 There was also an awarding for students and teachers with the best national costumes.

ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

NAME OF ACTIVITY: KARISYO NGAN DALAGAN PARA HA ESKWELAHAN: A FUND RAISING
FUN RUN

DATE: December 12, 2022

PARTICIPANTS: Students, Teachers, Supreme Student Government.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To raise funds for the necessary medical and hygiene supplies of the teachers and the
students.
2. Promote student health and wellness in school.
Highlights:
 The SSG Committee had a meeting last December 02, 2022 to prepare for this activity.
 SSG Officers sold tickets for only 60.00 pesos inside and outside the school.
 Last December 11, 2022, some of the SSG Officers bought materials to be used for the Fun
Run. The materials that were purchased are the food colors, flour, water, and medals.
 On the day of the fun run, each SSG officers were sent to their assigned station that the
runners would pass through.
 The winners of this activity, the 1st,2nd, and 3rd were given a certificate and a medal.
 A Certificate of Recognition was also given to each student who participated in this activity.
