OPENING
 The meeting was called to order by the Teacher In-Charge- Ma’am Maria Edelina O. Lucas
at 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
 It was started with a prayer (AVP) led by Ma’am Jessa Joy M. Dequillo, Grade 2-Heart
Adviser.
 Agenda were presented by Ma’am Melody J. Rumbaoa- master Teacher I

POINT OF DISCUSSION
 SPTA President Vanessa Perez gave her Opening Remarks. In her message, she
encouraged all parents to be supportive in all projects and activities of our school. She also
thanked the parents who attended the meeting.
 The Teacher In-Charge presented the School Accomplishments. She reiterated the projects
and activities being accomplished.

 International Seminar of Teachers
 LAC Session
 HPV Orientation and Vaccination
 Conversion Monitoring

 After which was the Card Distribution in every grade level.
 She also explained about the SPTA funds. Each parent must pay ₱20 anually. SPTA funds
will be used for the school projects.
