 NARRATIVE REPORT
(2nd Parent – Teacher Conference & Card Distribution)

At exactly 1:00 pm on September 20, 2019 Friday, Mr. Francisco P. Macatugob –

SHS TVL 12 Adviser conduct a Parent – Teacher Conference and Card Distribution to his
Section (Patience). Mr. Macatugob and the parents of his students discussed some
agenda like: absences, tardiness, cutting classes, failing grades, behavior of the students,
work immersion, joint delivery voucher program and lastly the card distribution.
 Some issues and concerns about the students are discussed during the
conference, and all the parents are agreed to help the adviser to advise their children
to come early to school and doing their jobs, duties and responsibilities as a student.
Because, this grade level is the most critical and important stage. Mr. Macatugob also
explained to the parents about the Joint Delivery Voucher Program for their awareness
and know their rights and the agreements. The said program conducting and performing
of 320 hours by the students/trainees, which is equivalent of 40 working days. So, we
need some orientation for that program, before they pull out to their respective classes.
And we need also to insure the students and register to red cross, before they start the
training program to make sure that the students are safe and well trained, possible they
start on the month of October. Same with their work immersion, that starting next year
and possibly on the month of January.

For the last part of the conference, Mr. Macatugob distributed the cards to the
parents of his students and signed by the parents after accepting the card. Give some
advice to the parents and inspirational message to his students. To encourage them and
give the best during the class period of different subjects.

As a teacher and class adviser the most important to the students is not the
grades, but the personality and attitude that they show, share and give to other people.
