second QUARTER PORTFOLIO DAY

Rationale

Portfolio Day is a showcase of children’s outputs, performances quarterly across the different learning areas.
After 2 years of pandemic, finally the parents and pupils were excited to witness the interesting event happened in
school which is the Portfolio Day. This day serves as the reaping of fruits of all the sacrifices given by our pupils in
their academics and co-curricular activities since day first of the second quarter.
Regional Office through Mr. Ramir B. Uytico EdD, CESO IV announces of the conduct of the Quarterly
Portfolio Day by all divisions in the region. The Schools Division Offices and schools must adopt and follow the
modalities and General Guidelines and Considerations of Distance Learning Delivery Modalities for S.Y. 2020-2021
and DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2020 in paragraph 11, re: “School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2020-2021”.
The following suggested activities may include as part of the school’s conduct of the Portfolio Day:
a.) Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback Giving
b.) Showcase of learners’ outputs and performances
c.) Distribution of learner’s progress report/cards
d.) Giving of awards (classroom-based)

 To show love and care for school through pintakasi by the parents.
 To conduct HRPTA conference
 Showcase of the learner’s outputs
 Give awards (classroom-based awards)
 Distribution and signing of learner’s report cards
