Objective /AGENDA
In compliance to Dep Ed Order No. 34, s 2022, this office hereby set November 12,2022 as
the First Quarterly “Conduct of Portfolio Day ” for School Year 2022-2023 . St. Francis Elementary School
strongly supports the observance of First Quarter Synchronized Division Portfolio Day that showcases
the students’ outputs at the end of First Quarter across different learning areas. Thus , SFES aims to
successfully do the following:
a. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback Giving
b. Showcases of learners’ Output and Performances
c. Awarding of Certfiicate of Recognition to all deserving pupils
d. Distribution of Learners’ Progress Report Cards

Highlights of the Activity:

* Clean-up Drive (Pintakasi)
* The program started with a prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
* Openiing Remarks and Statement of Purpose was delivered by Mr.Rommel M. Abeto, SFES School
head.
* Awards were given to the Supportive and Cooperative Parents
* Homeroom meeting was conducted
* The parents were allowed to check on the outputs of their school children in their respective
classrooms before the release of the Report of Ratings.

Results/Output:
All desired activities were conducted.
