MINUTES OF HPTA MEETING

November 18, 2022

The First Quarter Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association meeting was held last November 18,2022 at
exactly 3:30 in the afternoon at Grade 9 – STVEP E classroom (Cojuanco Building Room 4) in Doña
Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School – Junior Highschool.
Present: 36
Absent: 4

Agenda:

 Academic weaknesses of the students

 Academic solutions
 Academic strength of the students
 Inform the parents to follow-up their child/children about their lessons in each subject.
 Update the parents with the other school policies
 Changes of schedule in STVEP Program
 Donation for Comfort Rooms to all STVEP students
 Planning for Christmas Party
 Distribution of Report Cards for the First Quarter

The meeting started with a prayer led by Jordan M. Natan, Teacher-Adviser of Grade 9 – STVEP E, and
Mrs. Cherryfin Serna, acted as the presiding officer of the meeting.
Whereas, all the parents agreed to the solutions of the weaknesses of their children and to follow-up their
children’s lessons at home.
Whereas, all the parents conformed with the school policies most especially in the strict implementation of
wearing school uniform for STVEP students starting Second Quarter.
Whereas, all the parents were informed about the changes of schedule in their children’s academic
activities.
Whereas, all the parents agreed on the donation of comfort rooms as well as in the expected expenses for
the Christmas Party.
The meeting has ended after the Distribution of Report Cards.
