PRESIDING OFFICER

ALYN A. TOLERO JR.

Grade XII - Confucius Adviser

The Parent’s Orientation on Limited Face to Face Class was held on

Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Section Confucius Classroom. The meeting
started at 2 p.m.. The following items are on the meeting's agenda:
1. Classroom Limited Face to Face Instruction
In the first agendum, the presiding officer highlighted the significance of
face-to-face classroom instruction. He promises parents that this activity will
address learners' inability to study independently via pure distance learning,
as well as a lack of access to technology and household resources. He also
reminded parents, particularly those who are worried since their student is
currently employed and they live outside of Tandag City, that this limited Face
to Face Instruction is voluntary. He also assures parents that the school will
continue to follow the government's minimum public health standards.
He presented the identified students for Sets A and B (those who are
fully vaccinated and live in the Tandag area) and Set C (those who are not
fully vaccinated but live in the Tandag area) (those who are not yet fully
vaccinated; mostly working students, and are living outside Tandag). Set C
will be completely modular.
2. Presentation of Class Program for 2nd Semester (Face to Face
Instruction)

The presiding officer presented the parents with the Second Semester
Class Program. Face-to-face instruction is expected for the second semester.

3. Student’s Simulation

On January 13, 2022, the Student Simulation for Face-to-Face Classes

will take place. Parents were encouraged to allow their children to join in the
activity as long as they followed the basic health routine, which included
wearing a face mask, bringing a pen, showing their vaccination card if one
was available, and dressing appropriately.

4. Summative Test/Performance Task

Because numerous students had failed to complete the summative test

and performance task, the presiding officer underlined the importance of
doing so. He requested parents to remind their children because this is an
important technique to gauge a student's understanding of the material.

5. Temporary Card Distribution

The presiding officer handed out temporary cards to the parents to

keep them informed about their child's progress.

6. Parental Consent and Waiver Form

Before the parents sign the Parental Consent and Waiver Form, the
presiding officer presented and explained the contents of the document.
Others: (These are some of the concerns raised by the parents)
 Student’s Graduation
The parents were notified about the graduation plans by the
presiding officer.

 School Uniform
In terms of the school uniform, students will just dress
appropriately. The students must adhere to the dress code.

The session ended at exactly 4:00 p.m.
