Minutes of Parents Meeting on Limited Face-to-Face Classes dated February
22, 2022.
1. Prayer
2. Checking of Attendance
3. Presentation of the accomplished project as stated on the group chat.
(Restructuring of the Classroom)
4. Presentation of the Agenda
a. Limited face-to-face classes.
b. Vaccination Card
c. Follow up on Parents’ Consent regarding Face-to-Face Classes
d. Regional Evaluation on Brigada Eskwela 2022
e. Gulayan sa Tahanan
f. Gulayan sa Paaralan
g. Brigada Pagbasa
h. Parents donation on the Repair of the floor/tiles and lavatory of the
classroom.
i. Parents donation on the pots, vegetables, garden soil and other materials
needed for Gulayan sa Paaralan.

Parents arrived at the classroom on time. We started the meeting the at

exactly 9:00 am in the morning. Yours truly began the meeting with a prayer
and then proceeded to the presentation of various agenda starting with the Face-
to-Face classes.
I explained the rules/protocols that the students need to follow during the
actual face-to-face classes as well as the ways where they could enter and exit.
The requirements such as bringing their vaccination card and other things they
need to bring when attending face-to-face classes.

I then proceed to discuss the next agenda:

 a. regional evaluation
b. gulayan sa tahanan
c. gulayan sa paaralan
d. student’s vaccination card.
Lastly, I presented the last agenda which is about the physical facilities needed
by the Grade 8 – Yakal:
a. repair of floor/tiles.
b. lavatory.

The parents agreed to donate 100 pesos each to cope this project. The
meeting runs smoothly and adjourned at exactly 10:30.
