Objectives *Inform the parents/guardian about the rules and guidelines of the upcoming Work
Immersion of the Grade 12 students.
*To release the report cards of the students and update/follow-up of the performance of the
students.

Narrative Report The meeting started at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning with a prayer. The body discussed
about the guidelines of the work immersion and has exchanged ideas on how to properly
maintain the minimum health protocol required by the IATF. Vaccination status of the
students and other requirements has been tackled. We released a Parent’s Consent form for
the parents/guardian to fill-in and sign. After the discussion, the advisers distributed the
report cards of the students. The meeting ended with a prayer at around 11 o’clock.
