PROPOSAL
I. Executive Summary

TITLE : Parents’ Orientation and 1st HRPTA meeting of


School Year 2021-2022

II. Rationale

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2020 otherwise known as “Adoption of


the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 in Light
of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. This plan contains a package of
education interventions to respond to the basic education challenges. Also, it
complies with the IATF implementing rules and regulations on Emergency Health
Protocols.

In this connection, San Roque National High school- Grade 10 Curriculum will conduct its
Parents’ Orientation and 1st HRPTA meeting of School Year 2021-2022.

III. Objectives
This activity generally aims:

 to orient Parents on the BE-LCP implementation of school.


 to encourage parents to take part in the implementation of the schools BE-LCP.

IV. Methodologies

The said activity will be conducted in two ways: 1.) Virtual via a zoom on September 19, 2021
for the digital learners and 2.) Face to Face on September 16, 2021 (Thursday) 8:00 am -3:00 pm
during the distribution of modules for week 1. With the compliance of COVID-19 health protocol, proper
and strict health protocol shall be implemented. For the face-to- face activity, shall focus primarily on
the agenda which will be posted on the board. It will be facilitated by the advisers and one non-adviser.
Advisers will be giving brief explanation on the agenda during the parents’- teachers conference which
caters some important concerns on the implementation of learning delivery modality specially on the
learner’s attendance, grading system, academic requirements and other concern. It will be conducted
through short presentation of agendas posted on a certain area which will be visible for parents. In
order to avoid crowd, only 5 (five) parents shall be catered in each agreed time. For the virtual activity,
a short presentation will be presented via zoom platform. Thus, a short presentation on the learning
delivery modality which reiterates some concerns on the primary learning resources (modules) and as
well as concerns regarding student’s attendance and learners’ progress and needs.

(training program, resource speaker, pre & post task) evaluation instrument and prepares training materials (selection of
handouts/reading, audio visual aids preparation, session guides, flow of activity)

Facilitators (advisers) Term of Reference: observes time management, sends necessary communications (memoranda,
Invitation etc), leads the registration, introduces the activity agenda and safekeeping of documentation.

Facilitators (non-advisers) Term of Reference: creates a learning environment, acts as the secretariat prepares materials
(attendance sheets, photo-documentation and minutes), facilitate the registration, conducts documentation and collects and
safe keeping of extra materials.

VII. Desired Impact and Outcome of the Activity

A. Impact

This activity is one of the many ways by which teachers and schools provide students with positive feedback and
affirmation, which can improve the self-awareness, and enthusiasm for learning.

B. Outcome

The expected outcomes of the activity are the following:


a. Participants or parents will be aware of the school BE-LCP and Delivery Learning Modality.
b. Facilitator and Co-facilitators will be able to produce and utilized the proper documents/MOVs needed for their
RPMS-IPCRF S.Y. 2021-2022.
