Call to Order
An ocular meeting of the TLE/TVL Teachers 2Nd Coordination meeting was held on the 7th of
June,2022. It began at 1:30 and was presided over by Ms. Genon

Attendance
The Meeting started with the teacher’s attendance. An attendance sheet was supplied for
them. And checked by the TLE grade level coordinators. See attached.

Approval of minutes
A motion of the minutes was introduced by Mr. Baylosis, Ms. Rabi, and Ms. Agustines as the
subsequent:
 Scheduled dates for the year-end rites
 DepEd Order No. 018, s. 2021 to School Year 2021- 2022 and Amending Certain Provision
Thereof
 Number of classes for the school year 2021-2022
 Committees for Recognition and Graduation
 Gulayan and Sugbosug Program Updates
 Parents and Teachers Association Project Updates
 Other Issues and Concerns.

TLE/TVL Teacher’s Conference


The meeting began with a prayer, followed by MS. Jesslyn's Nationalistic Song. Subsequently, as
the meeting progressed, Mr. Baylosis shared valuable information regarding the scheduled dates
of year-end ceremonies, such as the dates listed:

June 13-Deadline Of giving grades for Grade 10 &12


June 14-Deliberation of honors Grade 10 &12
June 20-24 Reading of Forms Grade 10 &12
June 28-Deadline of grades for Grade 7,8,9,10
June 30-Deliberation of honors for Grade 7,8,9,10
July 4-8 -Reading of forms for Grade 7,8,9,10
July 6-School Recognition Day
July 8- Graduation for Grade 12
July 9 – Virtual Moving Up
July 15- Deadline for IPCRF

Mrs. Rabi then read the DepEd memo order regarding RM. NO. 365, S. 2022 – Extending the
Effectiveness of DepEd Order No. 018, S. 2021 to School Year 2021-2022 and Modifying Certain
Provisions Thereof. Ms. Jumalon pointed out that scores between 89.5 and 89.9 are considered
ninety and are eligible for honors. As such, there have been occurrences in the past, such as in the
case of Ms. Purisima, where students cannot be included on the honor roll despite having a grade of
ninety. Mr. Tercero also wishes to clarify the raised issue.

As a consensus decision, it will be considered, and teachers will assist in being considerate when
assigning grades in such subjects.

Following the next agenda, Ms. Agustines informed of the number of classes as scheduled.

September =16 JANUARY=18 May=14

October = 26 February=22 June=26

November=23 MARCH=27 July=1

December=15 April=21

With a total of 209 school days.

The next activity plan was delivered by Ms. Dela Cerna, who stated that the tentative venue for
graduation is at the megadome, where there is a proposal for a celebration after the event, and
everyone's decision, there will be a celebration after graduation.

Mr. Jumawan presented the next agenda item, Capability -Team Building, for which they proposed
three venues, and the decision of the sum, RAFI Kool Adventure Camp - Adventure Education
Center, was chosen by 65 Teachers.

According to Mr. Jumawan's proposal, the cost of including the said activity is eight hundred pesos
per teacher.

The next item on the agenda was the selection of the chairperson for the Recognition and
Graduation Committee, which was led by the principal and the assistant school heads.

Advisers in Grade 10 were advised to follow up on the picture for their virtual advancement.

Monday Uniform is required for the recognition. And the corporate attire is appropriate for the
graduation.

The Gulayan coordinator, Ms. Paras, shared updates on the Gulayan project and presented the
value, expenses, and plans for the Gulayan project, which was followed by the PTA Coordinator, Ms.
Lagula.

Main Motions

 Motion by the School Principal and asst. school heads and supported all by the faculty. The
motion was carried with all the teachers in favor.

Adjournment

 The closing prayer was led by Ms. Evangelista and the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 in the
afternoon.
