Dear Ma’am/Sir:

The Tagoloan Senior High School Supreme Student Government will be conducting out reach as a way of
celebrating the Teacher’s Day. This project is in partnership with the Active Young Servants of students of
the Tagoloan Senior High School. The community out reach aims to give gifts and conduct recreational
activities for teachers in TSHS on October 5, 2022.

We, the SSG Officers is conducting and preparing something for that very special day. Even us, we the
value and importance of being a teacher. We are going to lead this preparation on October.
I am humbly asking for a budget PHP 4,000 for this event and this will give a big impact and big smiles on
their faces. We will use this budget for decorations, gifts, foods and souvenir for teachers. The funds that
you will share would have change on their lives and will be much appreciative. I will be grateful for your
appreciation and kindness.
