The Camarines Norte National High School is one of the biggest schools in our province, which
provides ample of opportunities for more than 3,000 Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS)
students per school year. Such opportunities include the participation of the students in the 6 th National Indie-
Siyensiya Filmmaking Competition by the Department of Science and Technology.

This competition highlights the advocacy of DOST in championing the environment and in
communicating climate science and climate change action. As such, the participants would like to focus on the
awareness of using non-organic pesticides in crop growth and production.

In this light, may we humbly request for an interview with you regarding issues related to climate
change and pesticide usage on ____________, from _________ to __________, at the _________________.
