Warm Greetings of Peace!

The Doña Basilia S. Quilon Memorial High School is a public secondary

education institution offering both Junior High and Senior High School
Program. The school is providing basic quality education to its learners thus
recognizing their achievements is important to them. Graduation and
completion are the most awaited part of every school year to conclude the
school year and paved the way for the beginning of another school year.

In this connection, I would like to ask your permission from your good office to
allow us to use the Capitol Convention Center as our venue for our 6 th
Senior High School Graduation Exercises and 8 th Junior High School
Moving Up Ceremony on July 05, 2023 @ 1:00 PM. Also, we would like to
request you as our Guest Speaker for the said occasion. We are expecting
600 participants for this event. May we request also that you allow us to use
the facilities such as chairs, tables, LED Screen and sound system with
operator.
