 Background and Rationale


The Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) is mandated to ensure the full
implementation of the articulated Basic Education Curriculum through
localization/indigenization and innovations in teaching MAPEH towards improvement in
the quality of learning outcomes.

The conduct of this Municipal Training on Least Learned Competencies/Skills is hoped to


address the gap found in the Learning and Development Needs Assessment (LDNA) among
select teachers.

 Objectives
The activity aims to address the learning competency gaps found in the LDNA. This is
hoped to answer the question on the various trainings done by the Department of
Education because of continuous downhill trend in the over-all academic performance
of Learners.
The training will enrich the knowledge and skills of teachers in teaching the content
and equip participants with needed knowledge and skills in the different modalities in
this new normal education.

 Opening Activity
The program started with preliminaries activity, followed by the part I of the
programmed which is the opening activity.Maam Arlene Macapagal of Mangilala IS gave
her opening remarks (Discuss briefly how the opening program was conducted)

workshop sessions were conducted including how the participants actively participated
