ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
For the MONTH of JANUARY YEAR 2018

The committee on Environment has convened at the Barangay Hall in Dupligan, Sitio Bawac
to discuss about the Barangay’s Agenda on account of the Solid Waste Management under Republic
Act 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act.

The Committee further discussed the possible action for the proper information dissemination
to its constituents.

The Committee have unanimously agreed to have a proper forum for the four(4) Sitios of
Dupligan, namely:
1. Sitio Bawac
2. Sitio Pagugo
3. Sitio Darulog
4. Sitio Allubaggan

BARANGAY CHILD PROTECTION POLICY COUNCIL AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMAN
YEAR 2019

The BCPC have regularly conducted a quarterly meeting after implementing also the quarterly
training with all the barangay constituents. It was a policy for them to conduct quarterly barangay
activities. These activities were successfully conducted quarterly from February, April, August,
December, 2019 with key resource speakers invited like PNP, DSWD, PAO representatives and etc.

The implementation of its programs and activities were all implemented for the good of all children
in the barangay to be given importance relative to protection of all children in the locality/barangay.

The Committee has formed a proper forum for the information dissemination of the BCPC and
VAWC to its constituents in the four sitios of the barangay. The Committee further discussed about
the agendas of the Committee on proper implementation of the program. Possible actions that should
be taken were also discussed.

Barangay’s Agenda on account of the Solid Waste Management unDER Republic Act 9003 or the

Waste Act to its constituents in Sitio Darulog. The Committee further discussed about the agendas of
the Committee on proper waste disposals. Possible actions that should be taken were also discussed.

The committee on Environment has convened in the Barangay Hall of Dupligan to discuss
about the Barangay’s Agenda on account of the Solid Waste Management under Republic Act 9003
or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act.

After the Committee has successfully disseminated the information about Solid Waste
Management Act and the possible actions of the Barangay, the Committee has decided that the four
Sitios should have members under the guidance and supervision of the Barangay and the Chairman
on Committee on Environment.
The Committee strongly believes that the active participation of its constituents shall produce
an outstanding result of this said Republic Act.

The committee on Environment has convened at the Barangay Hall of Dupligan to discuss
about the Barangay’s Agenda on account of the Solid Waste Management under Republic Act 9003
or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act.

The Committee conferred on how the Barangay should distribute each proper waste disposal
tools for each of the four Sitios. The committee decided that Sitio Pagugo and Sitio Bawac be the
first one to receive the proper waste disposal tools.
