AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL, BARANGAY DUPLIGAN, TANUDAN, KALINGA ON MARCH 30, 2020,
AT 9:00 IN THE MORNING.

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. _05_ s. 2020

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FIVE

HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND THIRTY NINE CENTAVOS (304,530.39) AS FOR FOOD ASSISTANCE/
OTHER RELIEF GOODS AND MEDICINE AND VITAMINS FOR THE AFFECTED HOUSEHOLD IN THE
COVID 19 PANDEMIC;

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of barangay Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga in session assembled that:

Section 1. The amount of 88,774.80 is the 20% DF, 95,755.59 is the 70% of BDRRMF, and from the MOOE funds are
P30,000.00 from the first quarter of SOBA, Kalinga day P30,000.00, and P60,000.00 travelling expenses budget of 2020 with
total amount of three hundred four thousand five hundred thirty pesos and thirty nine centavos (304,530.39) fund of the
COVID 19 pandemic;

Section 2. Said amount is hereby appropriated of the Budget 2020, and should be realigned as a supplemental fund for
the payment of food assistance and other relief goods for the 386 family household affected from this COVID 19 pandemic;

Section 3. Separability Clause – If for any reason, any section or provision of this ordinance is declared unconstitutional
or invalid by competent authority, other provisions hereof unaffected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 4. Effectivity – this ordinance shall take effect upon approval unless otherwise provided herein.

Let a copy of this ordinance be furnished to the Municipal Budget and Accounting Office for information and
appropriate action.

Enacted this 01th day of April 2020 on motion of HON.MATEO WAGASON duly seconded in a regular session of the
Sangguniang Barangay of Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga.

RESOLUTION NO._05 s. 2020

A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING AND REALIGN THE AMONUT OF PhP 304,530.39 AS A BUDGET FOR
THE FOOD ASSISTANCE AND OTHER RELIEF GOODS FOR THE 386 HOUSEHOLD AFFECTED THEIR
SITUATION OF COVID 19;

WHEREAS, The current guidelines on the appropriation and utilization of the 20% DF is DILG-DBM Joint
Memorandum Circular (JMC) NO.2017-1dated February 22, 2017 which prescribes the allowable the development projects
the may charge against the 20% DF, as well as the expenses that are prohibited to be funded out of the 20% DF.

WHEREAS; through the initiative of the Barangay officials of Barangay Dupligan, is to pursuant on the guideline to
realigned the appropriated budget from the 20% DF is 88,774.80 the Abbob path way project/70% BDRRMF 95,755.59
and, P30,000.00 budget of the first quarter SOBA, P30,000.00 of Kalinga day, and P60,000.00 of travailing expenses and
these are from the MOOE, with the total amount of P304,530.39; as budget for food assistance of the household were
affected of their situation from this COVID 19 pandemic;

WHEREAS, the amount of three hundred fou thousand five hundred thirty and thirty nine centavos (P304,530.39) as
budget for the food assistance for the 386 household which is affected their situation from the COVID 19 pandemic;

WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. MATEO WAGASON, Committee Chairman on Appropriation, duly seconded, be
it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that, the three hundred four thousand five hundred thirty pesos and thirty nine
centavos (304,530.39 ) for the budget of food assistance and other relief goods for the 386 household were affected their
situations during this pandemic of the COVID 19 of Barangay Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga;

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED this 30th day of March 2020, at Barangay Hall, Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga.
