A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

(BDC) TO APPROVE AND CONSIDER THE PLANS AND PROGRAMS OF THE
BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
UNDER THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT FUND
INVESTMENT PLAN (BDRRMF IP) CY 2021- AND ONE-YEAR ACTIVITY PLAN
OF BARANGAY TUNGKALAN, UTILIZING THE BDRRMF 5% AMOUNTING TO
TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS
AND 88/100 (PHP224,980.88).

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee

(BDRRMC) have joined their hands together in preparing the one (1) year Plan and
Program for C.Y 2021 utilizing the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund
by prioritizing the needs of the barangay in responding the current pandemic and other
needs of the barangay;
 WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee
Appropriation and Plans are found to be in line with the development policies and
priorities of the Barangay Government and the City Development Council in responding
the current pandemic and other type of disasters;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kag. Arnold L. Cadavas, Chair. Planning and

Research Committee, and duly seconded by all members present, it was;

RESOLVED as it hereby resolved, to pass a resolution requesting the Barangay

Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Tungkalan, Toril District, City of Davao, to
approve and consider the Plans and Programs of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Committee (BDRRMC) in order to sustain the basic services for our
barangay to be vigilant and equipped in the occurrence of calamities and pandemics.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the offices of

Davao City Risk Reduction Management Council (DCDRRMC) and other concerned
agencies.
