RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE APPROVED THREE (3) YEAR BARANGAY

PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN (BPOPS) 2018-2021 TO
BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF BARANGAY PACALUNDO, BALO-I
LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, presented for consideration by this body is the duly approved Barangay
Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan CY. 2018-2021 in compliance with DILG
Memorandum Circular No. 2019-143;

WHEREAS, the foregoing plan shall be effective upon the passage and adoption of
this resolution, afterwhich, the same shall be incorporated in the Barangay
Development Plan;

WHEREAS, upon thorough perusal thereof, this body finds the same to be in order
for adoption;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered and any motion of SK-Chairperson Hon.

Abdullah A. Mauna and unanimously seconded;
RESOLVED, acting upon favorable recommendation of the Barangay Peace and
Order Council members to submit to the Barangay Development Council to adopt
and approve the three (3) years BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC
SAFETY PLAN of the Barangay Pacalundo to start and be effective January 2018
and hereon the same shall be incorporated in the Barangay Development Plan;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to different

agencies concerned for their perusal and information.
