RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MANUEL N. MAMBA, GOVERNOR
OF PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN TO GIVE AID TO BARANGAY CAPATAN,
TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BLEACHER AND
FENCE OF GYMNASIUM OF BARANGAY CAPATAN, TUGUEGARAO CITY,
CAGAYAN.

WHEREAS, the Barangay officials of Capatan, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan on the special session
held last June16, 2021 agreed to submit a resolution requesting the Honorable ***, Governor of
Province of, Cagayan, for the construction of the Bleacher and Fench of Gymnasium of
barangay Capatan considering the fact that Barangay Capatan has only a meager amount of Internal
Revenue Allotment (I. R. A.) for the year 2021 to finance the said project.

WHEREAS, Barangay Capatan, firmly believed that the presence of Bleacher and Fence of
Gymnasium provide an effective way of accommodating large numbers of people within a relatively
area and most of them having to do within the comfort and well-being and also safer of the
spectators.

WHEREAS, much desires of the Barangay Council to undertaken this urgent need to construction
of Bleacher and Fence of Barangay Gymnasium for the welfare and convenience of our residents.

NOW THEREFORE: on unanimous accord of the body in session, be it:

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to construct Bleacher and Fence of Gymnasium for barangay
used.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 16th day of June, 2021.
