A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE UTILIZATION OF THE YOUTH

ENVIRONMENT STUDENT ORGANIZATION (YES-O) FUND FOR THE
PROJECT PLASTIC BOTTLE SEGREGATION BINS

WHEREAS, the David M. Puzon Memorial National High School YES-O

had seen the problem of the school regarding the plastic bottles.

WHEREAS, there is a need to construct Plastic Bottle Segregation Bins to

be placed in front of the canteen and beside the gymnasium.

WHEREAS, during the meeting of the YES-O conducted on May 25, 2023
at David M. Puzon Memorial National High School presided by, Jasmine
Maculam, YES-O President, moved and duly seconded by the body that there
should be a plastic bottle segregation bin.

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED and it is highly resolved that

the YES-O fund be utilized in the implementation of the project and shall take
effect immediately upon approval.

FURTHER, a copy of the resolution be given to the School Principal for

ready reference. Same copy of such shall be provided to the Finance Section.

A RESOLUTION TO WITHDRAW YES-O FUND FOR PROJECT

IMPLEMENTATION: SEGRAGATION BINS

WHEREAS, the David M. Puzon Memorial National High School YES-O

had seen the problem of the school regarding the plastic bottles.

WHEREAS, there is a need to construct Plastic Bottle Segregation Bins to

be placed in front of the canteen and beside the gymnasium.

WHEREAS, during the meeting of the YES-O conducted on May 25, 2023

Maculam, YES-O President, moved and duly seconded by the body that there

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ONE-HOUR ENERGY CONSERVATION

HABIT

WHEREAS, Calbayog City National High School Science Club and YES
Organization are one with the world in saving energy, protecting, conserving, and
rescuing the environment against abuse and misuse.

WHEREAS, in the meeting of the Science Club and YES Organization

officers together with the Science and YES-O advisers conducted on July 14,
2018 at Calbayog City National High School, Kiarah Anne Felices and Maria Fe
Pantino, YES-O and Science Club Presidents respectively, motioned that there
should be an adoptation of the ONE-HOUR ENERGY CONSERVATION
HABIT.

WHEREAS, such motion was duly seconded by Cian Breandan Ygrubay

and Tristan Cart Dofitas, YES-O and Science Club Secretaries, respectively.

WHEREAS, it was emphasized that the ONE-HOUR ENERGY

CONSERVATION HABIT shall be conducted during 11:30 - 1:30 o'clock in the
morning to afternoon everyday throughout the whole year.

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that this resolution, Adopting

An One Hour Energy Conservation Habit be implemented and shall take effect
immediately upon approval.

WHEREAS, in the meeting of the Science Club and YES Organization

conducted on July 14, 2018 at Calbayog City National High School, Kiarah Anne
Felices and Maria Fe Pantino, YES-O and Science Club Presidents respectively,
motioned an adoptation on the 4 O'CLOCK CLEANING HABIT.

WHEREAS, such motion was duly seconded by Cian Breandan Ygrubay

and Tristan Cart Dofitas, YES-O and Science Club Secretaries, repectively.

WHEREAS, it was emphasized that the 4 O'CLOCK CLEANING HABIT

would be conducted during 4 in the afternoon every after class on Fridays of
every month.

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the 4 o'clock Cleaning

Habit be implemented and shall take effect immediately upon approval.

Organization have seen the problem of the school regarding garbage and solid
waste.

WHEREAS, in the meeting of the Science Club and YES Organization

conducted on July 14, 2018 at Calbayog City National High School, Kiarah Anne
Felices and Maria Fe Pantino, YES-O and Science Club Presidents respectively,
motioned that every classroom of Calbayog City National High School paper
waste segregation habit otherwise known as SCRATCH IN A BOX FUND
RAISING COLLECTION.

WHEREAS, such motion was duly seconded by Cian Breandan Ygrubay

and Tristan Cart Dofitas, YES-O and Science Club Secretaries, repectively.

WHEREAS, it was emphasized that the SCRATCH IN A BOX FUND

RAISING COLLECTION would be collected every Friday of every month from
the classrooms of Calbayog City National High School with the uncrumpled
papers located in a box and ready for selling.

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the SCRATCH IN A BOX

FUND RAISING COLLECTION be implemented and shall take effect
immediately upon approval.
