The learners and personnel are also invited to the ZOOMba sesslon at 7:30 – 7:45
a.m. on April 21, 2021 where they are encouraged to post their action photos with the
following hashtags for monitoring purposes: #RestoreOurEarth, #Walangplastikan,
#PlasticFreeFH, #EarthDay2021, and #DepEdClimateAction. The Department reminds them
to exercise due diligence in the use of social media.
Participants from public schools, SDOs, ROs, and the Central Office shall attend the
conference on official business.
The DepEd-led activities are organized by the Bureau of Learner Support Services-
Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Service (DRRMS), in partnership with DepEd Region IV-A and SDO of Dasmarinas City with
the support of the Public Affairs Service (PAS).

Earth Day will celebrate its 51st anniversary on April 22, 2021.
Restore Our Earth (PINASiglang Bansa) is the theme for Earth Day 2021, and
it includes five pillars, one of which is providing students with high-quality
education to advance climate and environmental literacy.
X. ACTIVITIES
ACTIVITY DETAILS
Film Showing on Climate Change Being informed about climate
(April 20-22, 2021) change and its very real
consequences is crucial for all
human beings. Students can turn to
a handy documentary/film and get
educated on what’s happening to
the only Earth we’ve got. Students
will receive a copy of the climate
change film/documentary from their
science teachers. Afterwards,
students are encouraged to create
their own personalized action plan
on how to protect Mother Earth.
Then, they may submit their output
to their Science teachers.
Clean-Up Drive ( Bakuran Ko, Linis A simultaneous activity to aid in the
