LEARNINGS
I learned about paradigm shift
a major change in the concepts
and practices of how something
works or is accomplished. Very
often happens when new
technology is introduced that
radically alters the production
process of a good or service.
I learned the skills Decision-
Making which identify critical
factors which will affect the
outcome of a decision.
I learned the action to improve
critical thinking,
communication, collaborative,,
creativity.
I learned the yardsticks to
success as teacher.
I learned the importance of
social emotional learning in
teaching and learning.
I learned how to develops

Overall Reflection
I have learned many things in this PAFTE virtual congress. Especially from the speaker because her
topic is very clear and interesting. It doesn’t feel boring because she engage to her listeners and make
a good expression that make the listeners want to engage too.
