Learning Objective:
Students will be able to explain and demonstrate how to respond to the similarities and differences of
every individual especially in school and in the community where we live.
Differentiated Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the lesson 95% of the students can distinguish orally their physical and mental
similarities and differences among other people.
By the end of the lesson 75% of the students can explain how to goodly react to help other people
with physical and or mental disabilities.
By the end of the lesson 50% of the students can demonstrate through a short skit group
presentation how to interact to people with disabilities.

The students can apply this lesson in their daily lives like respecting others, adjusting to new

Introduction:
Start the class with a short saying by Thales A healthy mind in a healthy body. Let the student
express their ideas or opinions on why do we need to be healthy mentally or set our mind right.

Main Learning Activities:

1. After interactive sharing of opinions, Show different pictures of persons with physical
and mental disabilities.
2. Short discussion about individual similarities and differences.
3. Ask them by group, to share how to deal with these people with disabilities.
4. Let them discuss by group then ask a representative to report their ideas.
5. Ask them to make a short skit by group to demonstrate situations how to respond to
people with physical and or mental disabilities.

Plenary:
Students short group skit on how to respond to people with physical and or mental disabilities.

Homework:
Memorize and practice the Fruit and Vegetables for the Presentation.
