ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON BRIGADA ESKWELA

S. Y. 2021-2022
I. INTRODUCTION

Brigada Eskwela is a yearly activity that calls for unity. With its aim to collaborate

and strengthen partnership engagement that complement DepEd efforts to implement Basic

Education Learning Continuity Plan, the BE is also related to the different programs of the

school like Gulayan sa Paaralan, WINS, DRRM and Brigada Pagbasa.

The implementation of Brigada Eskwela followed the health standards, which include

following social distancing measures and practicing proper hygiene consistent with IATF and

other relevant protocols.

Thus, cooperation and participation of the Internal and External Stakeholders through

extending their assistance in cleaning and giving financial assistance generously made the

implementation successful.

II. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

A. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

 Inform the teachers about the BE program which will be implemented this

year

 Identify the activities to be done throughout the year

 Plan the schedule of the activities following the IATF protocols

 Conducts a virtual meeting for the planning and re-organization of the steering

committee with the External and Internal Stakeholders

 Communicate with the Gulayan sa Paaralan coordinator for the plotting of areas to be

cleaned and to be developed

 List down the names of possible donors

 Prepare letters and other attachments for the solicitation

B. DEVELOPMENTAL PHASE

 Conducts virtual Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off (School Base) to revive the spirit

of Bayanihan among the Stakehoders

 Participates in the conduct of Gulayan sa Paaralan activity to determine the

areas to be planted

 Conducts ocular inspection through the initiative of the BFP to identify the

school facilities that are for repair and for maintenance.

 Conducts a virtual SLAC on mental health awareness

 Clean and beautify the surroundings of the school through the help of Barangay

Officials, Alumni, parents and Christian Brotherhood International (Religious group)

 Send letters to the possible donors

 Receive financial assistance from the private sectors, social civic organization,

religious group, parents, LGU and teachers.

 Receive health kits and other learning materials

 Solicit 60 cellphones from the Provincial government and Board members which will

be used by unprivileged students in their studies

C. POST-DEVELOPMENTAL PHASE

 Conducts the virtual Oplan Pasasalamat to recognize all the participants of

Brigada Eskwela 2021

 Buy 1,000 seedlings for the school

 Print Tarpaulin for Brigada Eskwela

 Print signages on Covid-19 and WINs/WASH

 Provide health kits

 Replace broken jalousies and metal hinges

 Purchase cleaning materials for the classrooms

 Install wifi with 230 mbps and 6 routers in the school through the fund generated

 Provide the portable wash area of the school to support the WINs program

 Supervise in cleaning the area
