Having the best learning includes understanding and reflecting about the fundamental environmental
issues and actively engaging in activities in and out of the classroom.
In the morning of April 14, 2023, exactly 9 in the morning Yes-o officers, together with the Girls
Scout and Boy Scout learners were gathered at the school ground. A short orientation took place informing
them of what will transpire on that day. Learners started cleaning outside the school campus. Some of them
pull the weeds, others sweep the dried leaves, and the rest gathered the trash and place it inside the garbage
back and sack. Most of the Boys Scout use their hoe and spade in fixing the rough road. It can be tiring, but
they were enthusiastic and eager to give their share on the task. Each one happily worked; no traces of
boredom can be seen from them. After the assigned areas became free from weeds and trash, participants
trooped inside the school again bringing back all the materials. The activity ends well, and it was another
success which shows the cooperation and willingness of the learners together with educators.
It was proven that if the school’s organization unite and collaborate with each other truly it was a
success. The community surely appreciate the kindness of students of Sibato Integrated School. In this
manner learners as well will prevent scattering their trash and garbage anywhere. Indeed, cleaning is not
easy and tiring. Now they learned to value their environment and the importance of cleanliness in their
community.
