Objectives  To require the parents of our young learners to attend and
contribute their time and effort to the first HRPTA meeting
 To help contribute better school programs, projects and
activities
 To orient the parents of the school rules and policies
 To agree on important matters like monetary contributions
 To build strong partnership with teacher and parents
 to organize the new set of homerooms and SPTA officers for
the school year 2023-2024.

Key Results The meeting is called by the adviser with the
cooperation of all the parents and students. The class
adviser gave highlights of the meeting on the plans and
activity proposals for the school year. In which it was
presented to the parents for clarifications, comments
and suggestions.

Lessons Learned/ Parent-Teachers Associations is one of the most significant
Recommendation organization in the school community. The vital role signifies good
partnership in terms of the implementation of the programs and project
in the school itself. The HRPTA revitalizing endeavor of effort to exist
the good result of one program. On this part output and outcomes
resulted of the success. The school itself could not stand alone without
the help of the PTA school officials. Every quarter , the meeting
process for the progress and development of the program
implemented.
