Everyone is participating being a teacher of Papaya Elementary School who
needs professional improvement in the discharge of functions and duties.

The following results are expected from this F2F Training:

 Impact:
o The participants will develop the will to act as facilitator in
conducting intervention activities in resolving the specific needs of
the teachers and could craft appropriate L&D Training Design and
Proposal.
 Organizational Outcome:
o Strengthening the support mechanism in the profession through
organized professional learning communities will improve teachers’
content and pedagogical knowledge, practice, skills, and attitudes
and will foster a professional collaborative spirit among school
heads, teachers, and the community for the improvement of pupil
learning outcome.
 Outputs:
o Complete L&D Training Design and Proposal
 Competencies:
o Professional links with colleagues; participate in professional
networks to share knowledge and to enhance practice.

Terminal Objective:
To DEMONSTRATE UNDERSTANDING of the principles and processes

in developing a learning and development PROGRAM DESIGN by applying its
elements and standards.

3. Enumerate the steps in developing the training design

VII. Workplace Application Project or Job-Embedded Learning
The facilitator when assigned to conduct intervention activities in

resolving the specific needs of the teachers could craft appropriate L&D
Training Design and Proposal.
The learning gained from this training will be demonstrated during the
time the teacher crafts L&D Training Design in the conduct of intervention to fill
the need of their co-teachers in the identified needs for improvement. The L&D
Coordinator with the supervision of the school head will check the crafted
training design and proposal based on the stated parts and standards before
the conduct of intervention.
VIII.Detailed Activity Implementation Plan
A session matrix including topics, persons involved, and time is properly

planned for the effective implementation of this training.

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
The implementation of this program shall be monitored and evaluated

every scheduled LAC session at least once every month by the school heads.
The School Head shall prepare a quarterly report that includes the challenges
and issues encountered throughout the policy implementation. The said report
shall be submitted to the Schools Division Office for collation and analysis.

the SDO’s conduct of the same program at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort,
