Activity Description:

The First PTA Meeting is conducted to discuss matters about the implementation of
classes for S.Y. 2022-2023 . (September 09, 2022)

Objectives: 1. Health & safety protocol

2. Socio-Emotional Learning
3. Schedule of Classes-Scheme
4. Grading System
5. Election of Officers
6. Other matters
SHS Resolution for Survey Campaign for School ID
Class Officers projects / programs for classroom
Highlights:
 The First Faculty Meeting focused on the discussion about DepEd
Order in accordance to the Schedule of classes scheme, grading
system, health and safety protocols during classes, and the election of
PTA officers. It also highlights policies, class schedule of the students.
Indeed, this is a perfect avenue in disseminating information.
Results/
Achievement
of Objectives:
The PTA Meeting is a success one, as a matter of fact 29 out of 46
parents attended the said event. In line with this active participation of
parents/guardian are very evident.

1.All parents/guardian who attended the meeting were positive for the
continuity of face -to-face classes.
2. The elected PTA officers display full participation if ever there will
be future project that will benefit the school.
3. The parents are satisfied with the implementation of school’s health
protocols and it is evident in the practices of the learners

1.The parents/guardian requested the adviser to create an official

group chat of the parents for S.Y. 2022-2023.
