Assessment Method How to Adapt the Assessment Method in DL

1. Experiments/ Tell our learners to perform experiments or activities following the guide
Activities questions to be answered.
2. Essay Learners will be provided an activity sheet. They will construct a paragraph
expressing their ideas on what they know or learn from the lesson /topic.
Parents and or family members can assist them.
3. On-the-Spot Test This can be done by sending messages/ call to the learner thru their
parent/guardian, teacher ask at least 5 item questions related to the topic for
the day to find out if learning takes place.
4. Open-Ended The teacher will send thru text message or via voice call 3-5 questions after
Questions the lesson. Learners will answer the questions and it will measure how their
critical and logical thinking skills have been developed.
5. Mind Mapping Learners were asked to put sub-idea from the main idea then summarize the
lesson /topic discussed. It also shows the creativity of the learners
6. Learner‘s Portfolio Preparing learner’s portfolio for the compilation of their work/output will
check their performance and if learning has transpired.
7. Diary/ Reflection The learner will write their insights on how he feels, reaction for the day
notebook lesson using diary or journal. This will serve as the reflection or take away on
the topics learned.
