MINUTES OF THE MEETING

PATAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STAFF’S MEETING


JUNE 11, 2017

The Patac Elementary School, School staff met in regular session on Monday, June 11,
2018, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the office of the school head.

School Staff present:

 Raquem B. Suarez
 Nerissa F. Romero
 Crizzavel G. Duping
 Aireen C. Villanueva
 Julandie M. Vistal
 Lovely Anne Jumanoy
 Cristine PearlJean O. Cubero

School Staff absent:

 NONE

9 members were present, representing a quorum.

*The meeting started unofficially at 3:15 p.m. with Mr. Raquem B. Suarez speaking
about the following agenda: Faculty Club Election Officers, Grade Level Cleaning
Areas, Schedule of Homeroom PTA Meeting, Schedule of GPTA Meeting
Re-organization of Coordinatorships.

1. Call to Order

Head Teacher, Raquem B. Suarez called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.

2. Roll call

Raquem B. Suarez do the role.

3. Approval of Agenda

School Head, Raquem B. Suarez distributed the agenda which had been presented
via memo.

7 staff members were in favour.


4. Approval of Minutes

School Head, Raquem B. Suarez displayed the minutes on June 8, 2018.


Moved, seconded, and carried that the school council approve the minutes.

5. Recognize visitors

There is no visitor in the meeting since it was design exclusively for the Patac
Elementary School Teaching Staff.

7. Report of Principal

Mr. Suarez/Head Teacher spokes about the agenda of the meeting. Mr. Suarez
leads the election for the new sets of Faculty Club Officers where Nerissa F. Romero
elected as the new President of the club, Crizzavel G. Duping elected as the Vice
President, Julandie Vistal elected as the Secretary, Aireen C. Villanueva elected as
the Treasurer whereas Lovely Anne Jumanoy and Cristine Pearljean Cubero elected
as the new Auditors. After the selection for the new set of Officers, Mr Suarez
assigned the cleaning areas to each of the grade level. Then Mr. Suarez announced,
that the schedule for the Homeroom PTA Meeting will be on June 13, 2018 followed
by the GPTA meeting on June 14, 2018. Mr Suarez also Re-organized the
Coordinatorships to the faculty members, where Mr. Raquem B. Suarez became as
the BSP coordinator, Ms. Aireen C. Villanueva became the NSIT and Feeding coor.,
Ms. Crizzavel G. Duping became the Journalism, English, MAPEH, and DRRM’s
coordinator, Mrs. Nerissa F. Romero became the GSP, Canteen, GPP, STIP and
Guidance coordinator, Ms. Julandie M. Vistal became the Science, Math, SPG,
Documenter, and Brigada Eskwela coordinator, Lovely Anne Jumanoy became the
Filipino, ICT, and LIS coordinator, lastly Ms. Christine Pearljean Cubero became as
the ESP, MTB, A.P, and GSP coordinator. In addition, Mr. Suarez distributed tasks
to every faculty member about the SBM Principles together with the CFSS Goals in
which Mr. Suarez assigned himself to Principle 1, Ms. Villanueva in partner with Ms.
Duping was assigned to Principle 2, Principle 3 was also assigned to Ms. Vistal and
Mrs. Romero while Principle 4 was assigned to Mrs. Jumanoy and Ms. Cubero. For
the CFSS Goals, it was fairly distributed task to each of the faculty members where
Goal 1 was given to Ms. Vistal, Goal 2 was assigned to Ms. Duping, Goal 3 was
allotted to Mrs. Jumanoy, Goal 4 was given to Ms. Vilanueva, Goal 5 was assigned
to Ms. Cubero, Goal 6 was allotted to Mrs. Romero, and last Goal 7 was assigned to
Mr. Suarez.

In the meeting, Mr. Suarez tackled about the updates of the upcoming event such as
the Nutrition Month and PTA Day but the schedule for the said events was not totally
fixed. He also added about the actual format in creating an action plan for every
events we assigned this is to show the uniformity of the files. Lastly, He noted that in
every events we must construct action and activity before organizing an event.

It was not decided that there would be an additional meeting.

11. Adjournment

With no further business to come before the school council, the meeting was
adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
