PTA meeting is just one of the various activities conducted by the Parent-Teacher

Association of schools. The main role of Parent-Teacher Associations is to build strong

relationships between parents, teachers and the whole school community.

No one knows as their parents do, but as learners almost half (or more) of their day at school,
there may be some things about them that parents could be missing. PTA Conferences can be
a great opportunity to hear teachers tell something new about your child. It can also be a time
any academic or behavioral issues that your kid may be dealing with.

To start our program, may I request everybody to stand for a prayer by Ma’am Haezel Ann
L. Unipa, Teacher 3 and Grade 1- Sampaguita Adviser leading to be followed by an Act of
Nationalism by Ma’am Janette L. Orteza, Teacher 3 and Grade VI- Diamond Adviser
conducting.

The benefit of regularly monitoring attendance records is that it can impact the school’s
performance. Checking attendance is a practice of the assembly routine that we follow.May I
call on Ma’am Grace B. Conde, Teacher 3, and Kindergarten Adviser to check the
attendance of our participants for today’s activity.
