    Joint JHS and SHS Meeting

    PCNHS Covered Court


    January 17, 2022

    The meeting started with a prayer given by Ma’am Espe during the flag raising followed by the singing of the
    Philippine National Anthem.

    The meeting was called to order at exactly 8:10 a.m. on January 17, 2022 at PCNHS covered court presided by
    Ma’am Ubalde. There was a total of 10 teachers in SHS, 21 teachers in JHS and 2 non-teaching staff who attended and the
    secretary declared the meeting quorum.

    Maam Lauganas read the previous minutes. There were no issues arose during the reading therefore Sir Ardiente
    motioned to accept the previous minutes and seconded by Ma’am Pernia.

    Ma’am Ubalde presented the following agenda:

    Ma’am Tanggana motioned to accept the agenda presented and seconded by Ma’am Lomonggo.

    1. Update on AIP- Sir Mosqueda announced that he is done with the trimming down of AIP and around P200,00 trim
    down for the budget. He said that there are budget ng na minusminusan. And he also added that the budget for
    project team are already closed. Sir Rico added also that there will be no more adjustment because today is the
    deadline for the submission.
    2. Vaccination Status – Ma’am Razon announced as of January 7 2022, there are 2 teachers still unvaccinated and to
    those who vacinnated who inform late , they will be included to the next report. For the M& E update , Ma’am
    Razon announced some are submitted the report and for others was not able able to submit, she will be waiting for
    it.
    3. Individual Development Plan for teachers and non-teaching – Ma’am Bustaleno announced for the update of
    IPCRF submission for PBB that I am done making on it and hoping before lunch time I will be able to submit it. She
    added for the Individual Development Plan for teaching and non- teaching was not yet done and hoping I will be
    able to finished it today.
    4. Update for Senior High School Department- Ma’am Empeles
    5. Midyear INSET – Sir Rico announced that the sem break will be on Jan. 31 – February 5. He added that this 5 days
    will be the utilization for the INSET.
    6. Department Heads Report
    Ma’am Tanggana announced the update for the Filipino that last week nakapagsumiti na po ang Filipino ng MPS.
    She added that this week , the teachers who handling filipino sunject ay kailangan ,magsumiti ng WHLP from Sept. –
    January and to be submiited to Ma’am Isabel.
    Science – Ma’am Ampalo announced that they are done submitted the MPS for Science last December before
    Christmas vacation.
    MAPEH – on behalf sa Mapeh , Ma’am Abanto said that wala ramay further updates c Ma’am Tanggalin except sa
    pagfollow up nya sa GC with reagrds to assigned Learning Activity Sheets. Pahinay hinayan na daw ug submit
    TLE – Sir Mosqueda follow up for the MPS of TLE
    Math – Ma’am Bustaleno said that no futher announcement for Mathematics.
    ESP – Ma’a, Villanueva said nga wla pa gihapon nakadawat sa dugay na niyang gihandom
    7. Other Matters
    Ma’am Tangggana announced the GIP update. She said that last Monday we are done for the implementation of
    GIP and we are planning for the culmination. She ask for permission that the activity will be held in the classroom
    for the giving of the rewards.
    Sir Rico announced about the subject area coordinator. He also announced the latest plantilia of teachers.
    8. Adjournment
    The meeting was moved to adjourn by Ma’am Tanggana and seconded by Sir Ardiente. The meeting
    adjourned at exactly 9:31 a.m.

    Closing Prayer

    Closing prayer was conducted by Sir Gallegos.
