Agenda:
The virtual meeting called by our principal started at 8:30 in the morning through Google meet. An
opening prayer was given by your truly. This was immediately followed by the checking of attendance. All
teachers attended the meeting. At the start of the discussion, everyone was listening attentively while our
principal was reading her agenda. The audience was instructed to take notes to remember what has been
transpired on the said meeting.
Prior to the meeting proper Ma’am Libby shared a bible verse from the book of Romans 13: 1-7.
According to her this bible verse was shared to them during their principals’ meeting with PSDS Angelito
Llanos. The bible verse was all about submission to authorities. And unexpected incident happened in the
middle of Ma’am Libby’s message, one of our master teacher, Sir Norne Belgira opened his microphone on
to express his reaction about that matter. An outburst of his high emotion was heard and witnessed by all
participants.
Ma’am Libby handled the situation with calmness and proceed directly to the agenda.
Agreement:
Teachers are expected to be flexible and proactive in adapting some changes toward work
and compliant to all DepEd’s Policy.
INSET
Informed teachers about the incoming in service training to be held on March 15 – 19, 2021. The
matrix for this activity will follow.
Though this is a District Wide webinar, schools within Apopong District are clustered. Teachers of
Lanton, Daniel and Sinawal Elementary School are in the same group.
Day 2&3
Mrs. Maria Fe Dormido and Mrs. Gerlene Hernandez will speak about “Literacy Instruction” in
English and Filipino.

Agreement:
Teachers must participate and cooperate in discussions.
*Mrs. Libertine V. Salvadico informed the master teachers that there will be no classroom
observation next week. She told them to reschedule the CO.
Agreement:
Teachers must comply and submit DTR/IDLAR/MOV on time.
Quarter 4
SBM
Teachers were informed about the schedule of division technical assistance and this will be on
Friday March12 in the afternoon.
Agreement:
Teachers should ready the documents to be checked on Friday.
SALN/PDS
Teachers had already submitted the SALN/PDS

Ms. Marilou Paclibar, guidance coordinator had already prepared this reports.
NDEP
Called the attention of Mrs Liezel Imarga as designated as NDEP coordinator. Reminded her of the
reports and read the memo regarding this matter.
Others
Additional information given to teachers:
a. Teachers are required to prepare intervention plan to bridge learning gaps. This will be done
in the weekly home learning pla.
Mrs. Gui Marie Diaz is requested to make a template regarding the intervention plan to be
uniformed to all.
b. Submission on Learners’ Grades for the first quarter of SY. 2020-2021 on or before March 15,
2021
