Information and Communication Technology has been a part of
the teaching-learning process especially now that we are in the 21 st
Century. In line, with these teachers challenge themselves to learn
more about new teaching strategies using technology. With the fast
pace of modern technology, teachers must be equipped and oriented
with the knowledge and skills to cope up with the need of the schools
and students. October 14, 2022 the 1st LAC session conducted via
google meet. The institution (DepEd) set its goal to further enhance
the improvement of teachers’ both teaching and learning process. This
Learning Action Plan Cell (LAC) session aims to develop
professionalism in the new normal. This session tends to overcome the
huge challenges in imparting knowledge on the part of the teachers to
their learning constituents. This activity helps a lot in shaping, retooling
and providing knowledge in the implementation of learning modalities
used by the school. Since the school is using Modular Distance
Learning (MDL), it is timely and advantageous that teachers is part of
this endeavor. The speaker of the day session was Ma’am Sally P. De
Guzman, the prestigious school head of LAENHS. She discussed
about the importance of the day session as well as the needed reports.

February 17, 2022 is the 8 th LAC Session conducted in
Leocadio Alejo Entienza High School. The new normal is gradually
approaching because of the Algorithm discussed by Mr.Raymond
Cataroja, were it includes the process on how the classes begin and
who are the responsible person involved on that particular activity
needs to implement. There are lot of changes, but all personnel,
students and parents needs to follow the rules and regulation
implemented by the Department of Education in the limited Face-to-
Face classes to ensure the safety of the students. The LAC Session is
very informative were the speaker explained the process on what
teachers are starting their classes. Those learnings and ideas made
the teacher realized the importance of Benchmarking on their part, they
could imitate their best practices not only in teaching but also on the
physical environment, on how they taking good care and maintain the
good ambiance of their respective schools.
This session end with the smile, despite of many things real shared by
each and every one. As teachers we need to embrace changes for the
better and we need to face different consequences for the sake of the
learners. Always think positive and responsible even though it’s hard,
but they know they can make it.
IX. MY ANALYSIS BASED FROM The Zoom webinars and on-site Session ended successfully; the
TOOLS USED/RECOMMENDATION: knowledge imparted by the speakers are really a big help to all the
Associates) participants in performing their task as a teacher. Truly are LAC
Sessions are avenue not only to learn but also a time to be with other
members of the school to collaborate and fulfil the mission of the
department they are in. Essentially, learning means a change in
teacher’s thinking, a change on their feeling, a change on their
behavior. Learning means that change in the mind , in the emotion and
in the will.
