RESULTS:
Policy of Covered Court Mrs. Elaine M. Medina reminded the Dept. Heads and Grade Level Coordinators
about the policy of covered court to be presented by MAPEH Department.

Minutes of Meeting Mrs. Elaine Medina suggested to send minutes of meeting to the BPAHS
SUBJECT KEY TEACHERS group chat.
Students Cards Mrs. Analyn A. Medenilla suggested to endorse students cards to the guidance
office the before summer vacation.
Credentials of SHS Mrs. Elaine M. Medina suggested to have a meeting with Mrs. Marites Sol and
Dr. Marilou D. Maas about the credentials of SHS students.
S.Y 2021-2022 *It was agreed in the meeting happened last July 23, 2021 that the tentative
Calendar (Scheduling) schedule of INSET will be on August 31-Septemaber 4, 2021.
*Brigada Eskwela tentative date will be on September 6-10, 2021.
*All Departments suggested that the INSET is face-to-face.
*Mrs. Elaine M. Medina suggested that the matrix for INSET should include the
following:
Curriculum map
Preparation of summative test
Inventory of modules
Training and preparation for S.Y. 2021-2022
- Will request for food allotment from the budget officer for the INSET. All
supporting documents should be provided.
INSET -All departments should submit newsletter report by the end of the INSET. (to be
consolidated by Mr. Norberto Peñaredonda.
*Mr. Norberto Peñaredonda will create the general training matrix including
training design and training budget.
*All department heads will create a training matrix for the upcoming INSET, to
be consolidated by Mr. Mr. Norberto Peñaredonda and Mrs. Elaine M. Medina.

Day 2- Green and blue polo shirt
Day 3- White polo shirt with logo
Day 4 & 5- virtual
Mrs. Marilou D. Maas suggested that posting pictures to social media is strictly
prohibited until the end of INSET.
Set- Up of Schedule *Mrs. Juliette Imperial suggested to continue swapping of modules (Set A and
Set B).
* Mrs. Juliette Imperial presented a project proposal with the title “Project
IMPACT Monitoring Tools: Parameters for Enhanced Performance Assessment
of Teachers and Learners, Feedbacking and Follow-Up System”
Proposal for
Distribution and Main concerns of PROJECT IMPACT:
Retrieval of Module 1. Innovative monitoring procedures;
2. Teachers and learners performance assessment:
3. Feedbacking; and
4. Follow-up
*She also suggested to include the project proposal discussion during INSET.
Also to conduct orientation to the parents about the distribution and retrieval
process for S.Y. 2021-2022.
*Mrs. Elaine M. Medina will request budget for the storages boxes for modules.
*Mrs. Analyn M. Medenilla suggested to conduct dry run of the distribution and
retrieval of modules in the fourth day on INSET.

Citizen Charter *Mrs. Divine O. Casiano raised the question about the citizen charter system.
*Mrs. Elaine M. Medina suggested that it should be coordinated with Mrs.
Analyn M. Medenilla.
Scholarship *If there is no list of scholars given by the sponsor, the solicitor(teacher) will
ask/coordinate to the guidance office for recommendation of learners that needs
financial assistance.
Enrollment *Schedule of enrollment- August 13- September 13, 2021
*Mrs. Analyn M. Medenilla will be incharge in the enrollment process.
Reminder from Mr. Redentor Conception reminded that school activities should be coordinated
SDRRM Coordinator to them.
Huntahan sa Quezon *Mr. Miel Pineda re-echoed the following:
Reminder: strictly no collection policy (Moving UP and
Graduation)
Alloted budget for modules (S.Y. 2020-2021)
All grade 11 will receive tablet
Reminder: DepEd denounces any participation of teachers in
any political organization or campaign and should be
nonpartisan during the National Election (DepEd order No. 48.
S. 2018)
All teachers are encourage to take/fnish MA,Doc.,should have
project innovation
Students below 18 years old are not allowed inside school
premises.
Can we exclude MOV in IPCRF? Answer: It depends on the
rater, if the rater didn't ask for an MOV then you can exclude it.
If the rater needs an MOV to validate the grades, then that's
the time an MOV would be needed. If the teacher's rating is
outstanding, it doesnt automatically mean that the (results?)
will be sent to DO, just keep your portfolio's ready as it might
be needed for validation from DO.
