1. Call to Order
- The meeting was called to order by MR. Greg L. Galos ,as principal, at 8: 00
a.m. and a quorum was present.

2. Welcome and Introductions

–Mr. Greg L. Galos welcomed everyone to the meeting. Introductions were made
and a special welcome was given to the faculty.

3. Approval of the Agenda


– The agenda was approved as presented, or, as amended.

4. Approval of the Minutes


– The minutes of the meeting held on ABNHS Office of the Principal was
approved as presented.

6th day- School Based Checking ( Grades 10 and 12)
7 to 17- Division Checking ( Grades 10 and 12)
13 to 17- Division TOT ( to be attended by the Principal and Master Teacher/s)
20 to 24- School based training c/o Principal and Master Teacher
for 1st batch.
20 to 28- Division checking ( Grades 7,8,9 and 11) and
20th Day -School-Based Checking ( Grades 7,8,9 and 11)
27 to 31- 2nd Batch of School based training.

Palanog and Salvacion Principals with ABNHS
principal and Master Teacher
Note: -No disruption of classes, meaning the applicant will follow
the schedule of the subject teacher and its competencies
used during the said time.
-Elementary T1 applicant must submit their application and
have their demonstration at City Central School.
 Discussion on the DM 002, s. 2024 ( Immediate Removal of Administrative Tasks of Public School
Teachers
For Sir Rufino as an OIC/ Master Teacher
- Make a school Memo disseminating the DM 002, s. 2024
to all teaching and non-teaching personnel.
- Another School Memo for the Turn-over of administrative
task which answers the questions:
1. What are these administrative tasks?
2. Who are assigned to that said tasks?
Note: Each memo must be signed by the teacher as
a proof.
April 1,2024 - deadline of Teachers and Class program
Note: The new class and teachers program
will focus on the Numeracy and
Literacy and without administrative
tasks.
 Catch-up Fridays
- Classroom activities must be based on DM 001,s. 2024.
- Pictures and MOVs c/o Sir Randy and send it to the
district through online or mail.
 Memorize the Matatag and DepEd quality statement.
-The purpose is to familiarize and understand the
objectives.
 Using of Biometrics ( issues and concerns of DTR)
- Be honest always.
- Div. Memo 137,2024- There is a physical count .

7. Next Meeting
- The next meeting will be set depends upon the discretion of the School
Principal.
