The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Felicisima Baliclic and followed by
checking of the attendance. A welcome remark was given by Dr. Flora D. Domer.

The principal, Dr. Flora D. Domer, presided the meeting and the LAC had been graced
by the presence of Ma’am Marites R. Angus. The following topics were presented and
discussed.

4. Earthquake Drill
5. Launching of Island (Math)
6. Discipline
Ma’am Marites R. Angus, PSDS, graced the LAC and shared some of her observations
on how commendable the management of the principal is in the school. Some of them are
the tray system which makes the canteen manageable, the adjustment of time and
manageable parents during entrance and exit, and many good features of the school that
show good management. She also mentioned that they will be in the school for the reading
month to conduct a story telling activity together with the other two supervisors.

Monitoring the readiness of the classroom and the parts of the lesson plan aligned in DBOW
will be the focus of the supervisory plan for this month to ensure that the learning
environment of the learners as well as the activities will be able to address the learning needs
of the learners. Same objectives are observed to maximize the classroom management of the
teachers.

The technical assistance given by the PSDS and EPS had been reiterated by the school
head for the uniform implementation of the guidelines and curriculum implementation.

Innovation on 3Rs and guidance had been discussed thoroughly by the principal that
would take effect on November 4, 2022 to address the learning gap of the learners.

The calendar of activities had been discussed thoroughly for everybody to be guided
and be well informed of the things that would transpire in the future.

WINS activities will be implemented due to its importance however, the school will
not join the contest but the school will not join the contest.

Weekly reporting on sexual abuse, Covid cases and WINS will be continued weekly.

The sharing of insights regarding the topics, made the session more engaging and
added valuable learnings to everyone.

The session ended at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
