The meeting started with a prayer lead by Mrs. Benita Sarbida followed by the presentation of the
different agenda. The agenda was agreed by parents during meeting.
1. Rules and Regulation
-pupils are required to clean the room according to the given schedule
-discipline must be impost to pupils for learning purposes
-pupils are not allowed to go out from the classroom for unnecessary reasons
-pupils are required to bring their own water to drink
-pupils are required to bring gallon if ever they want to pee they have water to use
-pupils are expected to bring extra slipper to be used inside our classroom for their safety
2. Cleanliness
- Pupils were expected to segregate trashes based from cellophane, paper, and fruit peel
- Take a bath everyday
- They must brush their teeth everyday
- For the boys they must have hair cut if necessary
3. Reading
- 4B’s (Bawat Batang Bukidnon Bumabasa)
- Asking parents to help their student in reading
- At the end of the school year student must be fast reader with comprehension in English and
Filipino
4. Grading System
- Report card (form 138)
5. Electing of Officers for this school year
6. GRPTA
- Parents are expected to be reminded to attend GHPTA

After every agreed the meeting was successfully done.
